To coordinate MDS/Medicare process to assure that desired resident outcomes and services are provided and other duties as directed but the Director of Nursing.
Rotates on call with other nursing management staff.
Qualifications:
Experienced Nurse, Detailed orientated, Self Motivated and able to problem solve, excellent people skills and communication skills. Computer experience is required.
