As part of the Human Resources team, consults with business partners and provides HR solutions and assistance in a variety of areas, including recruitment/selection, employee development, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, and compensation management. Partners with leaders to develop strategies which meet the short and long-term HR needs of Essentia departments. Works collaboratively with others to provide expertise in solution design and delivery, and coordinates HR support to assign departments.

Education and/or years experience required: 
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource management or related field. 

Licensure/Certifications required: 
•SPHR or PHR preferred. 

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude: 
•Significant knowledge of most human resource disciplines. 
•Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and team problem-solving. 
•Demonstrated excellent time management and project management skills; excellent customer service; organizational; verbal and written communication skills; and presentation skills.
