Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare has an exciting leadership opportunity as the Manager of Human Resources!

The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the Vice President of HR, Education and Guest Experience and is responsible for managing the human resources (HR) function for the entire Gillette organization, including workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, HR technology, compensation, benefits and payroll.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing HR strategy, delivering high quality HR processes, operationalizing strategy, determining best practices to support organizational direction, developing policies and procedures, managing a HR staff of thirteen direct reports, and providing guidance to leaders and others on HR matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources-related field or equivalent
  • HR experience
  • Minimum of five years of HR experience including recruiting and employee relations
  • Previous management experience or other leadership experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, MBA or other related field
  • Previous experience working in a health care organization
