Healthcare Human Resources Association of Minnesota (HHRAM) is a professional association of Human Resource leaders in the healthcare field. With membership covering Minnesota and surrounding states, HHRAM represents a diverse blend of healthcare employers. HHRAM is affiliated with the American Society of Healthcare Human Resource Administration (ASHHRA).

We hold a spring conference and a fall conference each year and attendance averages 100 human resources professionals from Minnesota and surrounding states.


Sponsors will be recognized during the conference and will have opportunities throughout the conference to network with attendees. This event offers a number of valuable programs to attendees. Sponsorship of the conference provides your business exposure to many Healthcare Human Resource leaders.

 

You are invited to participate in one of the following sponsorship levels:

 Bronze Sponsorship $1,000

  • Listing of your business in the sponsor section of the conference material.
  • One 6 foot skirted table at the conference to meet with our members during the event.

Silver Sponsorship $1,500

  • Listing of your business in the sponsor section of the conference material
  • One 6 foot skirted table at the conference to meet with our members during the event
  • Sponsorship of entertainment, a break or an activity

Gold Sponsorship $2,500

  • Listing of your business in the sponsor section of the conference material
  • One 6 foot skirted table at the conference to meet with our members during the event
  • A link to your company’s website and to any HR-related educational opportunities sponsored by your company will be placed on the HHRAM website until the last day of the conference.
  • Sponsorship of a meal, reception, entertainment, break or an activity

Booth Setup
As part of your sponsorship you have access to a display table in the conference area. Members of the conference planning committee will be on hand and will be available to answer questions as you set up.

Door Prizes and Giveaways

Please consider a gift donation to be given away as one of the many drawings offered throughout the conference.  You may set up an area for the drawing at your booth. You will be recognized for this gift when it is awarded.

Promotional Materials

We would like to provide recognition of your sponsorship in our conference materials.  Please provide an electronic copy of your logo, some information about your company, and your contact information to be included in the conference materials.
